| The role of the position | |||||||||
| - Provide professional support to Principals across the district including the provision of advice on school leadership and self assessment.
- Coordinate leadership development and provides mentoring and professional growth opportunities for leadership aspirants. - is responsible for working with Principals to raise the standards of school leadership in the district and for development of mechanisms to access school leadership development opportunities by current school administrators and aspirants to administration positions. - Is responsible for curriculum support for all schools in the Midlands District. | |||||||||
