Printing Reports to Parents The report and print management sections will print reports to parents for the reporting groups defined in reporting group maintenance and using the report data entered in report data entry. Standard report templates have been provided, however limited configuration is possible by changing aspects of the report such as signatories and explanatory notes. Year K to 10 reports will be produced for students in Years K to 10 but will exclude any School Curriculum Standards Authority course units, subjects, endorsed programs and VET. Senior School reports will be produced for students in Years 11 and 12 or for School Curriculum Standards Authority course units, subjects, endorsed programs and VET for students in Years 1 to 10. In certain circumstances a student may receive a 1 to 10 and Senior School report. Year PP to 10 reports will be produced using the Department’s standard report template. Senior School reports will provide a single report that contains student achievement in course units, subjects, endorsed programs and VET. Also included is a statement of community service hours completed and student attendance profile. Progress reports can be printed for students in Years P to 12.
