SEN reporting data entry Please note although the information contained here is still valid functions in the SEN Reporting data entry section can now be carried out directly in the SEN Planning section. The SEN Planning manual and Administrator and Teacher guides have all been updated to show the new SEN Planning options. Reporting Data Entry provides functions for the entry of student assessment data. The SEN Data Entry screens reflect the Individual Plans created for each student in SEN Planning providing data entry that is customised for individuals. Teacher may enter their assessments, comments and upload photographs and work samples. Students that have been set to ‘plan only’ in SEN Planning will not appear in the individual and group data entry screens.
