Print or Email the student plan

Printed student plans will contain the student profile, strategies and review comments. Plans will be printed to a Word document in two formats.

	The portrait report will include student profile and review information and learning area strategies and review notes and objectives.

	The landscape report will also include objective strategies and review notes.

	An option to Print Summary reports is also available.

To print a student plan

•	Select the student(s) required in the student list

•	Click on the Print SEN Reports icon

•	Select the Student Plan Options you wish to include. Note plans can be printed at any time and as many times as you like. They are only saved into the Reporting to Parents system automatically at the end of each Semester by default.

•	If the plan is complete the save a copy option allows plans to be saved termly or as the School requires.

•	SEN plans can also be emailed directly to parents.

 

•	Click on OK
