Student document store

The document store will contain all previous plans and report for the student. It is also possible to upload additional items to the document store.

To access the document store for a student:

•	Select the required student

•	Click on Manage/View attached files and reports icon

 

	Select the Show all SEN Plan Versions checkbox to view all saved versions of student plan

	Live SEN plan (represented with the icon

	Saved plans are represented with a icon

	Click on the Upload/Import new student document icon to add a file to the store

	Click on the Download/Export existing student document icon to open a selected document

	Click on the Delete existing student document icon to remove a stored document.

Note: Generated student reports and student plans cannot be deleted

The school has the option to upload applicable documents, e.g. an ABLEWA assessment report or a student’s NDIS plan to store documents.

If the option to Save a copy of the plan to the student document store or if the plan has been Emailed, they will also show here.
