WACE Tracker Schools have a responsibility to manage a student’s progress towards achieving the WACE. The objective of the WACE Tracker is to provide tools to assist with this process. The approach is to provide as much information as possible so that users can perform their own analysis of the data, particularly where full information about a student is not available to the system. Two views are provided. A summary view enables students considered to be at risk to be quickly identified. A student analysis window provides all enrolment and achievement data for a student and subtotals used in calculating the WACE status. WACE Tracker data is provided to assist schools in the review process and the final responsibility to confirm the status of a student rests with the school.
