School based assessments

Assessment tasks are active for the period of the assessment outline. There are some school assessments that will be accumulated and updated for the life of the student at the school. The school-based assessment window has been designed to allow assessments to be added that will be associated with all students and will record a value that will remain with the student for all periods.

School based assessments can be displayed:

•	In the report data entry window using school defined data entry restrictions. Teachers can elect to display school-based assessments on the data entry window by clicking on the Hide/Show filter and selecting the Show School Based Assessment checkbox.
