Comment bank

The comment bank allows teachers to prepare comments that will be used to report on student achievement to parents.

Comments in the bank can be up to 1000 characters in length; however, for practical purposes comments should be much shorter than this. The use of wildcards in comments allows for personalisation of comments in reports.

Comments can be categorised to allow for simpler location of appropriate comments at reporting time.

Two types of comment banks are available. School comment banks are accessible to all teachers at the school while teacher comment banks are accessible only to the logged in teacher.

Comments can be prepared off-line and then imported to a teacher or school comment bank and comments can be exported for external review or sharing between users.
