Manage locking of data entry
Data entry locking is used to manage changes to reporting data before, during and after the reporting process.
Report data entry will be prevented for students with a pending, QA or locked status. Student reports that are printed with a pending, QA or open status will contain a draft watermark.
Locking is applied to students and the selected reporting period and can be configured on an academic year or individual student basis.
There are five stages of locking. These are:
 
To manage the locking of data entry:
Click on Manage Locking of Data Entry icon.
The Manage Locking of Data Entry window will open.
The window may contain up to six tabs. These represent the report types for your school:
